We stand behind our products and guarantee that all items will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please return it to us for inspection. If we determine that that there is a problem with the materials or manufacture, we will replace that part, or entire piece.
If we decide that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available at what cost, or otherwise.
We have decades of experience in the making, repairing and restoration of all kinds of fine jewellery. Whatever the problem with your Yanada piece, please ask our advice first before taking it anywhere else to be worked on. Thank you.
Please note that slight variations in craftsmanship, or natural characteristics are considered part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect. By this we mean that two items of the same design should look almost the same to the naked eye, but due to hand finishing by humans, under magnification small differences might be apparent.
